FAQ

Is migration included in fixed-fee helpdesk?

No — migrations are project-quoted. Fixed-fee covers ongoing helpdesk/admin after you're on the new platform.

Will we lose mail history?

We plan for history where the source supports it. Limits get called out in the scope before cutover.
