Our IT Services
Fixed-fee helpdesk and day-to-day IT for companies of about 5–40. We keep mail, files and devices working so people can get on with the job — Sydney, Canberra, Melbourne and remote Australia.
What companies of about 5–40 actually need
Most tickets are not big projects. Someone is locked out of MFA. Outlook will not sync. A shared folder is in the wrong place. A laptop will not update before a client meeting. We treat those as the core of the helpdesk — senior people on the phone, scope agreed up front, monthly fixed fee.
Security hygiene is part of the same rhythm: patching, MFA, backups and sensible Microsoft 365 defaults. Soft Essential Eight habits without a board programme. When you need deeper cyber work, we say so plainly.
Setup, migration and ongoing helpdesk for Microsoft 365. Users, shared mailboxes, MFA lockouts and SharePoint permissions — the blockers that stop people working.
Patching, monitoring, backups and a helpdesk that answers. Built for companies who want IT to stay quiet in the background.
Setup, migration and ongoing support for Google Workspace. Same fixed-fee helpdesk model as Microsoft 365 — we work with the tools you already run.
Practical security that reduces downtime: multi-factor authentication, timely updates, tested backups and sensible access. See cyber security and our soft take on Essential Eight for companies of about 5–40.
Design, fixes and ongoing support for office networks and Wi-Fi. Most issues start remote; onsite from Surry Hills when cabling or access points need hands on kit.
How helpdesk and Microsoft 365 work together
For most companies of about 5–40, Microsoft 365 is where work lives. Helpdesk without M365 admin is half a job; M365 without someone to call when MFA fails is the other half. We run both on the same fixed fee so patching, user changes and day-to-day tickets do not become separate invoices.
Starters and staff exits, shared mailboxes, Teams and SharePoint permissions are helpdesk tickets, not a separate project by default. Bigger work (new sites, migrations, hardware refreshes) is quoted separately.
Who this is for
Companies of about 5–40 people — accounting practices, consulting companies, and other professional teams. Larger groups are fine when the same fixed-fee model works.
